📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to leaders in the commercial business sector.

• Leverage advanced analytics, extensive insurance knowledge, and robust consulting skills to formulate strategies and achieve measurable business results.

• Oversee intricate, cross-departmental analytical projects from defining the problem to providing recommendations and implementing solutions.

• Convert ambiguity into precise, data-driven guidance.

• Spot emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the commercial portfolio and influence decisions at the senior leadership level.

• Play a vital role in enhancing Mobilitas' analytical capabilities.

• Fortify the data foundation and promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

• Regularly lead and contribute to initiatives with enterprise-wide impact.

• Mentor and nurture less experienced analysts.

• Ensure analytical rigor, consistency, and business relevance across all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 8 years of analytical experience in a related field is mandatory.

• Exceptional research, statistical, analytical, data processing, and mathematical skills with the ability to structure and perform analyses.

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and various structured analysis and design methodologies.

• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate, and offer training, guidance, and constructive feedback to staff.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance, accounting, and rate-making principles.
