This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Accountable for the effective, efficient, and timely delivery of the Company’s services to various clients within a designated geographic area.
• Provided with a company van and tools, travels to diverse customer locations to maintain commercial properties.
• Executes preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Engages in direct interactions with Customers to fulfill their service requirements.
• Completes preventative maintenance and repairs as specified in work orders.
• Independently performs duties in accordance with company protocols, regulatory standards, and safety measures.
• Conducts minor plumbing maintenance on existing systems (e.g., unclogs toilets and drains, repairs leaks in drains and faucets, replaces toilets and faucet fixtures as necessary, etc.).
• Undertakes routine painting, carpentry, and other tasks as needed to keep our Client’s facilities in optimal condition (e.g., repairs holes in drywall, prepares areas, and matches paint for a uniform, like-new appearance).
• Executes minor electrical maintenance as permitted by state law without a license (e.g., repairs or replacements of fixtures, wall switches, and outlets, and replaces light bulbs, ballasts, and sockets when necessary).
• Conducts service inspections and asset evaluations as required.
• Fully leverages technology (tablet, smartphone) to:
• Access and finalize work orders, including notes on services performed.
• Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and documents.
• Submit timesheets, expense reports, and purchase card logs.
• Procure necessary materials and supplies to accomplish all tasks.
• Fosters a positive environment with the client, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintains timely and consistent communication with customers and internal support teams.
• Completes EFS-required safety and compliance training and attends weekly safety meetings.
• Provides estimates for larger projects and services requested by onsite customers.
• Carries out other duties as assigned or necessary.
• High School diploma or Degree/Certification, or equivalent professional experience in Landscaping, Trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.), or Specialty Floor Care, preferred.
• Two (2) to Five (5) years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the outlined duties and responsibilities, including relevant work experience in one or more building trades.
• Previous experience in the landscape, janitorial, or construction-related services industries is highly preferred.
• Must have applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, including but not limited to safety policies and procedure manuals.
• Capability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Skill in effectively presenting information in both individual and small group situations.
• Timely completion of assigned work orders and communication of work order status through designated business processes.
• Proficient in using and operating handheld devices and business systems or document management software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and other MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
