This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Champion the implementation of systematic sales processes and methodologies throughout Latin America.

• Enhance the quality of opportunity development, including problem definition, solution alignment, and value articulation.

• Improve pipeline quality and conversion rates in collaboration with sales leadership.

• Lead and facilitate continuous commercial capability development integrated into daily operations.

• Tailor global programs to cater to the specific needs of the Latin American region and introduce new tools and content from headquarters.

• Establish structured learning routines that emphasize practical application, reinforcement, and impact measurement.

• Equip sales managers with consistent coaching practices and frameworks for opportunity inspection.

• Encourage the effective use of commercial systems and practical tools, including AI-enabled solutions when relevant.

• Monitor metrics related to pipeline quality, sales conversion, and training adoption.

• Deliver regular insights to regional leadership and link Commercial Excellence initiatives directly to financial outcomes.

• Demonstrated success in sales, sales management, or specialized Commercial Excellence roles.

• Strong background in training, coaching, and the development of commercial capabilities.

• Proficient understanding of structured sales methodologies and Value-Based Selling strategies.

• Proven ability to influence senior executives and facilitate regional transformations.

• Exceptional communication skills with a strong capacity to align regional and global teams.

• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
