Commercial Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle process from initial drafting to final execution, which includes reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial agreements.

• Assess and respond to modified documents, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives while safeguarding company interests.

• Identify opportunities and create solutions to enhance contract throughput and apply best practices.

• Offer training and support to junior staff or other departments regarding contract management best practices and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in contract administration and management, or a similar field.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation techniques, and contract drafting processes.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a keen understanding of the sales process and its effect on top-line revenue.
