Commercial Contracts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Effectively oversee the entire contract lifecycle process from drafting to execution, which encompasses reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial contracts.

• Evaluate and address redlined documents, ensuring adherence to company policies and objectives while safeguarding the interests of the company.

• Identify opportunities and formulate solutions to enhance contract throughput and implement best practices.

• Offer training and support to junior staff or other departments regarding contract management best practices and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration and management, or a similar field.

• A robust understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and contract drafting techniques.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment, with a keen awareness of the sales process and its impact on top-line revenues.
