This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee various projects within a B2B portfolio, ensuring effective coordination of a diverse array of activities by clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of project teams and stakeholders, aligned with the anticipated benefits.
• Proactively identify risks and develop solutions to mitigate their impact on project timelines.
• Take responsibility for the strategic expansion of a B2B portfolio, leveraging knowledge of the B2B product suite.
• Supervise and manage the supplier enablement process for virtual card solutions.
• Formulate and implement strategies for the effective onboarding and integration of suppliers.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint and address enablement requirements.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on supplier enablement, offering guidance and support.
• Gain support from the sales team and engage in client-facing discussions.
• Assess industry trends and competitor actions to guide product development.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation of enablement processes and best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is required.
• An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Payments is preferred.
• Experience in B2B Supplier Enablement or Commercial Card is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals across various functions and levels within the organization.
• Demonstrated analytical, project, and process management skills.
• Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable.
