This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

• Professional, courteous, and driven to provide the highest quality service.

• Available for 24-hour reactive service, including equipment troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and resolution.

• Deliver effective and efficient services to guarantee customer satisfaction and optimal product performance, encompassing timely repairs, installation, removal of commercial restaurant equipment, as well as scheduled preventive maintenance and cleaning.

• Order and coordinate the delivery of repair parts while managing inventory.

• Adhere to company policies to accurately record and complete work orders, ensuring thorough documentation.

• Engage effectively with internal dispatch, management, warehouse, and technician teams.

• Consistently maintain a professional appearance and keep the service vehicle tidy and organized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.

• Understanding of basic electrical concepts such as amperage, voltage, and resistance, along with the ability to interpret basic equipment schematics.

• Capable of understanding, reading, and using a multimeter.

• Availability to work flexible shifts.

• Familiarity with basic tools and multimeter usage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency in responsiveness.

• Ability to adapt to workplace environments and organizational changes.

• Must be reliable, dependable, punctual, and conscientious about product performance.

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy restaurant equipment when necessary.
