Commercial ABL Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide due diligence services, encompassing audit engagements, portfolio assessments, and acquisition due diligence for a diverse range of clients.

• Execute on-site or remote engagements as commissioned by a bank or lender for clients requiring credit lines ranging from less than one million dollars to as much as one billion dollars.

• Conduct audits focused on the client's collateral, typically accounts receivable and inventory, by comprehending complex concepts or information.

• Document examination findings in Excel templates and generate a detailed written report for lenders, outlining the results and highlighting any findings or exceptions.

• Engage professionally with clients through calls and meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• 2-4 years of experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen desire to learn new concepts.

• Naturally curious about all matters relating to transactions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Capacity to meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word, or other data extraction tools.
