Combo Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify prospective accounts and cultivate relationships with on-premise and off-premises personnel, retail managers, and customer sales representatives.

• Leverage connections with key accounts to promote distribution sales.

• Educate trade partners and consumers through direct engagement, including tastings, meetings, and training sessions.

• Assist the local team with training initiatives.

• Utilize Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and additional software to monitor activities, outcomes, contacts, tasks, and performance.

• Maintain and enhance the distribution network.

• Meet monthly sales and placement targets within the designated territory.

• Direct distributor sales teams and nurture important retail customer relationships.

• Conduct essential physical and communication tasks, which include standing, walking, sitting, computer usage, and verbal interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience with a beverage supplier or distributor.

• A background in spirits is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must possess and provide a valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

• Willingness to occasionally work outside of traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work remotely and demonstrate added value to the team.

• Strong interpersonal skills to guide distributor sales teams and foster key retail customer relationships.

• Familiarity with the local market is essential.

• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

• Capability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend, stoop, and reach with arms and hands.

• Ability to spend extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Proficient verbal communication skills for exchanging accurate information.

• Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and distinguish sounds at normal speaking levels, with or without correction.

• Must be comfortable in varying noise levels, including loud environments.

• Capable of performing all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
