This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on college admissions and high school extracurricular activities, delivering personalized findings clearly and comprehensively to each family.

• Analyze data from various sources to provide well-organized and thoughtful advice tailored for each high school family.

• Collaborate effectively with the Research Manager, Empowerly families, and counselors to regularly present detailed sets of findings.

• Maintain the team's shared spreadsheets with each request to ensure a collaborative and up-to-date resource for the entire team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of the U.S. education system and college admissions processes.

• Strong proficiency in the English language.

• Ability to work independently in a virtual setting, including self-managing quality and adhering to routine 72-hour deadlines.

• Willingness to dedicate adequate time (approximately 0.5 - 2.0 hours) to research each family's request and adaptively think to identify and present alternative opportunities if needed.

• Proficient in G-Suite or a readiness to learn G-Suite to meet client expectations.

• Willingness to be responsive through email and Slack.
