• Initiate communication with consumers to address delinquencies

• Determine suitable repayment programs and options

• Maintain precise and comprehensive records

• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Eastern Account System

• Follow FDCPA guidelines and state consumer protection regulations
