
Coaching and Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide asynchronous professional development coaching to assist students in linking their learning to career progression through established coaching frameworks.
• Engage in and support live coaching sessions by co-facilitating or providing assistance as instructed.
• Inspire and guide students towards achieving their program and professional development objectives.
• Offer support to students with varied needs, backgrounds, and experiences through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to implement and enhance consistent coaching methodologies.
• Record coaching interactions and monitor student progress using CRM tools.
• Perform structured outreach during and after program completion to collect data on student confidence, skills application, and obstacles.
• Utilize discovery questions and active listening to extract valuable insights during student discussions.
• Accurately log and submit outreach data in a complete, timely, and consistent manner.
• Recognize trends in student feedback and communicate observations to the coaching team.
• Facilitate student engagement within The Hub Community platform.
• Uphold a student-first mentality in all outreach interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Preferred: 2–3 years of experience in coaching, career development, outreach, learning & development, or a related area.
• Preferred: Familiarity with asynchronous messaging platforms such as Zendesk.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and motivate students through digital channels.
• Proven experience in professional development and career coaching.
• Capability to utilize established coaching frameworks and integrate feedback effectively.
• Comfortable with conducting structured conversations and converting student input into organized data.
• Highly organized, with a strong background in tracking and documenting communications using CRM tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently towards defined objectives.
• Empathetic and student-first approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and CRM tools.
• Available consistently during evening hours: 5–9 PM ET / 2–6 PM PT.
