This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a portfolio of learners, establishing trusted connections through exceptional coaching, mentoring, and structured instruction.
• Conduct engaging individual sessions and workshops that render analytical concepts accessible, relevant, and practical.
• Encourage learners to critically analyze data, question assumptions, and consider the implications of their analyses.
• Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe learning atmosphere where learners feel empowered to ask questions, explore ideas, and learn from errors.
• Assist learners in developing essential analytical skills, such as data preparation, querying, analysis, modeling, and visualization.
• Mentor learners in utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and other related platforms to derive meaningful insights.
• Aid learners in interpreting and effectively communicating their analyses, connecting insights to business inquiries and decisions.
• Exemplify integrity and professional judgment in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation, ensuring awareness of data quality, bias, and ethical considerations.
• Guide learners through program milestones, assessments, and portfolio development, ensuring steady progress and timely completion.
• Assist learners in producing high-quality, compliant evidence that accurately reflects their analytical skills and impact in the workplace.
• Collaborate constructively with learners’ line managers to align learning with organizational objectives and projects.
• Take responsibility for maintaining quality and compliance, balancing learner support with high standards and clear expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Product, and Curriculum to deliver a cohesive and high-quality learner experience.
• Actively seek out opportunities to enhance delivery methods, learner engagement, and outcomes.
• Maintain curiosity and dedication to ongoing development, staying informed about analytical tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in a data analytics role or a similar analytical environment.
• Proficient understanding of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analytical techniques.
• Experience with Power BI or comparable tools for data analysis and creating clear, intuitive visualizations.
• Competence in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with predictive or statistical modeling concepts.
• Background in coaching, mentoring, teaching, or facilitating learning within a professional setting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly explaining analytical concepts to learners with varying levels of confidence.
• Experience using Python and Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis.
• Knowledge of tools such as Power Query.
