Co-op Quality Assurance Analyst, Fall 2026

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Accountable for strategizing and implementing effective test suites across a range of products and systems within Info-Tech’s Agile software development framework.

• Ensure that testing activities enable applications to fulfill business requirements and system objectives, meet end-user needs, and identify and address system issues.

• Assess, plan, design, create, and deploy test strategies, plans, and cases based on the requirements for new applications, products, and/or improvements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles.

• Conduct various testing types, including functional, regression, system integration, back-end database validation, mobile/scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and usability testing.

• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate with software developers to resolve any bugs and deficiencies identified during testing.

• Analyze formal test results to identify and rectify defects, bugs, errors, configuration problems, and interoperability issues.

• Generate reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging, and tracking.

• Foster and share knowledge of best practices in application testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a College Diploma or University Degree from an accredited institution and eligible for participation in a co-op program.

• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding time management abilities.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and conscientious.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to comprehend technical systems and concepts.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Nice to Have).
