Cloud Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement secure configurations across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.

• Manage IAM policies and enforce least privilege access.

• Secure VPCs, subnets, and firewalls.

• Enable logging and monitoring using tools such as CloudTrail and Azure Monitor.

• Monitor alerts generated by CSPM tools.

• Conduct risk analysis and implement remediation strategies.

• Resolve cloud misconfigurations.

• Oversee the management of Proofpoint Email Gateway.

• Perform phishing analysis and coordinate responses.

• Configure DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.

• Monitor EDR tools like CrowdStrike and Defender.

• Facilitate threat containment and response efforts.

• Support incident response initiatives.

• Monitor alerts from SIEM, EDR, and CSPM systems.

• Conduct triage and escalation of incidents.

• Work to reduce false positives.

• Implement encryption methods and IAM controls.

• Lead vulnerability management efforts.

• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, SOC2, and NIST standards.

• Utilize Python, PowerShell, and Bash for scripting.

• Automate workflows and manage alert handling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in Cloud Security.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, and/or Oracle Cloud.

• Strong emphasis on security posture management, threat detection, and incident response.

• Proficiency in Cloud Security for AWS, GCP, and Azure.

• Familiarity with CSPM, EDR, and Email Security solutions.

• Experience with SIEM tools.

• Knowledge of scripting languages.

• Preferred certifications: AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, CISSP, CCSP.

• A minimum of 5 years in Cloud/Security Engineering.
