Cloud Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist Tenchi clients in comprehending our product features and best practices for minimizing cyber risk in cloud settings, ensuring the effective integration of our product into the client's third-party risk management framework.

• Conduct routine operations to fulfill our clients' requests, generating insights that will inform the future automation of these tasks.

• Identify product-related issues and collaborate with the technical support and engineering teams to efficiently resolve client concerns.

• Oversee the health of client environments and work together with them to promote product adoption.

• Collaborate with the product team by providing customer feedback and suggestions for product enhancements and improvements.

• Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, concerns, and areas for development, assisting them in reaching their cybersecurity goals.

• Monitor and report on key metrics such as client satisfaction, product usage, and retention rates.

• Support the creation and upkeep of client-facing materials, including FAQs, product documentation, and best practice guides.

• Familiarity with Python programming and task automation is advantageous.

• Experience in building and maintaining QuickSight, PowerBI, and other analytics dashboards is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree in Technology or Information Security.

• Willingness and enthusiasm for working consultatively, focusing on delivering continuous services to clients.

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, are crucial.

• Experience with Cloud Security, programming, analytics, and information security tools such as CSPM, CWPP, security scoring, GRC, and vulnerability scanning are beneficial.

• Proficiency in advanced English is a mandatory requirement.

• Proficiency in advanced Spanish is a mandatory requirement.
