Cloud Go-Live Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with Guidewire Customers, offering expert guidance and leadership support.

• Assess the production readiness of clients by overseeing the planning and execution from 'Build' to 'Run.'

• Ensure that both Guidewire and the customer are well-prepared for a seamless transition to production.

• Collaborate with teams to create Deployment Plans, schedule Dry Runs, coordinate resources, and execute Deployment Plans.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal Guidewire teams regarding cutover and deployment inquiries during the post-production phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical project experience with Guidewire Core applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Digital, Data Management).

• Experience in Program Management within IT or consulting, preferably involving Guidewire projects.

• Experience in Customer Success Management or leadership roles in Customer Support organizations focused on production operations.

• Hands-on Project Management experience utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications or SaaS environments.

• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or an equivalent qualification.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Flexibility to modify working hours based on customer location; availability to support up to one weekend per month for Production Go-Lives.
