This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Develop and sustain backend services using Python and AWS Lambda functions.
• Design, establish, and deploy cloud infrastructure utilizing AWS CDK.
• Implement and oversee AWS services such as API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, S3, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
• Create secure and scalable integrations between internal systems and external APIs (e.g., Jira and other enterprise tools).
• Manage IAM roles, policies, and secure access methodologies across various services and environments.
• Implement robust secret-handling and credential management protocols.
• Support GenAI/LLM integrations utilizing Amazon Bedrock and associated tools.
• Contribute to workflows for AI agent onboarding and runtime execution frameworks (e.g., MCP/tool-based architectures).
• Ensure secure utilization of LLMs by mitigating sensitive data exposure in prompts, logs, and shared environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, deployment, and runtime.
• Collaborate with platform and product teams to facilitate scalable internal AI and cloud capabilities.
• Proficient in Python for backend development.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services, particularly: Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, S3.
• Experience with SageMaker and/or Bedrock is highly preferred.
• Familiar with AWS CDK or other infrastructure-as-code solutions.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend service architecture.
• Experience integrating internal systems with external APIs.
• Knowledge of secure cloud architecture patterns, including IAM and secrets management.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM systems, particularly API-based LLM integration (e.g., Bedrock or similar).
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool-use methodologies, or MCP-style architectures is preferred.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed/cloud environments.
• Experience with Git/GitLab in a collaborative development setting.
• Emphasis on security, scalability, and operational reliability.
• Willingness to travel as required by project or client demands, which may include occasional domestic or international trips, sometimes at short notice.
