Cloud Azure Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to identify their business requirements, convert them into technical strategies, and ensure those strategies are executed effectively.

• Design and manage complex environment setups across multi-tier Microsoft architectures, navigate intricate systems, and resolve any challenges that arise — whether related to connectivity, environmental misconfigurations, or data integrity issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess strong, demonstrable experience with Microsoft Azure — including AKS, VM Scale Sets, App Gateways, and a robust understanding of the wider Azure ecosystem and the integration of emerging technologies. Azure certification is anticipated.

• Have a deep understanding of complex application hosting architectures, including 3-tier (and beyond) systems based on the Microsoft stack: .NET Framework and Core, IIS, and MS SQL. You are also adept with related technologies such as Redis, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, and API management platforms.

• Your expertise in security and identity encompasses PKI, certificate management, and SSO — particularly with Microsoft Entra and Okta. You are familiar with Citrix technologies and possess a solid foundational knowledge of networking and how application dependencies correlate with the underlying network.
