Clinical Trial Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with the principal investigator and serves as a liaison among research subjects, client teams, investigators, and clinic operations teams while planning logistics and resource utilization.

• Monitors study advancement in accordance with project milestones, client commitments, and budget constraints, while adhering to relevant regulations on a global and regional basis.

• Takes charge of site management oversight, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring deliverables, focusing on patient safety, compliance with protocols/GCP/regulatory standards, and data integrity.

• Manages site interactions from activation through to site closeout.

• Utilizes strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to suggest and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Engages in and presents during critical meetings such as the Kick Off Meeting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Proven ability to lead and unify teams toward the accomplishment of project milestones.

• Demonstrated experience working in an international setting.

• Established expertise in site management and monitoring, whether clinical or central.

• Experience with risk-based monitoring is preferred.

• Understanding of financial principles related to clinical trial management and budget oversight.

• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements.

• Must exhibit strong computer proficiency.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with project teams and site personnel.

• Strong skills in conflict resolution.

• Proven ability to employ problem-solving techniques to address complex challenges and implement a risk management approach to identify and mitigate potential obstacles to the successful execution of a clinical research project.

• Displays critical thinking skills to identify the cause of issues and formulate appropriate solutions. Moderate travel may be necessary, approximately 20%.
