Clinical Trial Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Positions within the Clinical Trial Management job family are accountable for every aspect of the development, coordination, and execution of Phase 1 clinical research studies at the organization's facilities.

• Works closely with the principal investigator, serving as a liaison between research subjects, client teams, investigators, and clinic operations teams, while planning logistics and resource allocation.

• Monitors study progress in accordance with project milestones, client deliverables, and budget, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations on a global and regional scale.

• The impact and contribution encompass executives as well as managers, supervisors, and team leads who provide strategic vision and/or tactical direction across a specific discipline and/or the broader organization.

• Oversees experienced support staff and/or entry-level individual contributors.

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring deliverables, emphasizing patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance, and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Proven ability to lead and align teams towards achieving project milestones.

• Demonstrated capability to operate effectively in an international environment.

• Established expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).

• Preferred experience with risk-based monitoring methodologies.

• Shows understanding of clinical trial management financial principles and budget oversight.

• Knowledgeable about Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other relevant regulatory standards.

• Must exhibit proficient computer skills.
