Clinical Trial Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Supervise clinical trial management workstreams to ensure all deliverables adhere to quality standards and timeline expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective clinical trial protocols and enrollment strategies.

• Manage the daily operations of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, identifying trends and providing insights to enhance study outcomes.

• Proactively address challenges and implement effective solutions to guarantee successful trial execution.

• Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships and ensure seamless trial processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with experience in clinical trial management.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing clinical trials, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex medical data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
