Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to clinical trial management activities.

• Strategize and handle all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Forge and maintain relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials adhere to local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Make informed decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management strategies.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results across clinical programs.

• Cultivate the team and manage conflicting priorities effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Capability to handle competing priorities while fostering team development.

• Proven track record of driving clinical deliverables for studies.

• Expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is advantageous.

• Openness to travel as needed, approximately 25% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in Singapore.
