Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Full responsibility for the delivery and performance of studies at the country level.

• Act as the client’s representative within Civia, ensuring their priorities, timelines, and standards are recognized and fulfilled across all departments.

• Maintain rigorous oversight of start-up processes, recruitment, regulatory progress, data quality, and site performance.

• Prompt cross-functional actions when performance diverges from the established plan.

• Facilitate structured governance routines with clarity, transparency, and a focus on solutions.

• Ensure continuous audit and inspection readiness throughout all study-related activities.
