This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide continuous clinical training, workflow assistance, and recommendations on best practices.
• Serve as a reliable advisor for clinical leaders, care managers, physicians, and operational teams.
• Track adoption rates, pinpoint gaps, and suggest optimization strategies based on a value framework.
• Facilitate change management efforts by aiding customers in adapting their workflows and processes.
• Convert clinical requirements—such as care management, quality improvement, chronic disease management, and utilization management—into solution configurations.
• Guide customers on best practices for workflow design, assessments, protocols, risk stratification, and care coordination.
• Conduct clinical discovery sessions to gather requirements and align platform capabilities with clinical goals.
• Configure and enhance clinical programs, protocols, assessments, and workflows within the platform.
• Ensure that solution designs are consistent with evidence-based practices and compliance standards (e.g., HEDIS, CMS, value-based care models).
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams to guarantee successful delivery and adoption.
• Shape product improvements and development by providing clinical insights from the field.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to advise on roadmap priorities based on clinical trends and client requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to produce clinically accurate content, case studies, and success stories from customers.
• Assist implementation teams during client onboarding to ensure smooth activation of clinical workflows and program launches.
• Partner with Customer Success on strategies for retention and growth grounded in clinical outcome data.
• Analyze program performance data to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Offer clinical interpretations of analytics, care gaps, risk stratification, and quality measures.
• Collaborate with clients to develop performance improvement plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Share clinical insights from customer interactions to influence product roadmap prioritization and program development.
• Keep abreast of clinical standards, regulatory updates, and value-based care models (CMS, HEDIS, ACO, MA, JCAHO, NCQA, etc.).
• Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events as a clinical voice when required.
• Provide clinical insights from customer relationships to guide product roadmap prioritization and program development.
• Valid clinical licensure.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical practice, care management, population health, or ambulatory clinical operations.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, care management systems, or analytics tools.
• Strong grasp of value-based care, care coordination, chronic disease management, and quality programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to translate clinical workflows into technical specifications.
• Comfortable working with online and remote schedules.
