This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a key clinical resource for Cadwell's EEG product offerings.
• Stay updated on upcoming Cadwell software releases and ensure readiness for training and implementation.
• Collaborate with Cadwell’s Manager of Education and Training and the EMU Clinical Education Specialist to devise strategies that enhance customer 'go-live' experiences and improve the efficiency of the Education and Training Team.
• Aid in the design and delivery of a robust educational portfolio for the EEG product line, guaranteeing consistent, high-quality training, engaging learning experiences, and ongoing customer involvement. (This includes webinars, workshops, certifications, and self-paced learning modules, among others.) May also assist in content development for additional modalities as required.
• Participate with the Education and Training Team to deliver all clinical configuration and training components in each assigned customer’s 'go-live' or re-training strategy. Typical requirements include:
• Coordinate with Customer Implementation Team members to establish clear clinical configuration and training expectations during the sales phase.
• Ensure all clinical configuration, training deliverables, and timelines are detailed in a comprehensive Scope of Work.
• Collaborate with Customer Implementation Team colleagues to create an Implementation Plan that meets all clinical configuration and training needs for each 'go-live' or re-training course.
• Deliver all clinical configuration and training commitments in each 'go-live' plan.
• Document and escalate any clinical configuration or training challenges to the Manager of Education and Training when necessary.
• Prevent future escalations by suggesting necessary updates to Implementation Team Procedures, Product Installation instructions, or training resources.
• Serve as a contact point for internal Cadwell teams seeking clinical knowledge and user insights.
• Contribute to software improvements and product design by utilizing clinical expertise and translating customer feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Provide on-site clinical expertise, workflow guidance, and end-user support during product evaluations at potential enterprise customer locations.
• Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance to assigned customers as required.
• Assist in creating and delivering educational content, offering training and support to internal Cadwell team members as needed.
• Continuously assess personal performance using the Education and Training Team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Promptly escalate any concerns to the Manager of Education and Training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet team and organizational needs.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical EEG experience, with at least 2 years in a Level III or Level IV EMU is required.
• R. EEG. T certification is preferred.
• An Associate’s degree in neurodiagnostics, training, or a related technical field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Advanced-level knowledge in EEG, LTM, and EMU clinical workflows is required.
• Advanced-level knowledge in at least one EEG product line (either Cadwell or competitor) is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation capabilities to small groups, to effectively convey technical information is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
• Familiarity with the Windows operating system in a networked environment is preferred.
• Ability to accurately assess customer needs and offer consultative solutions.
• Capacity to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Skilled in educational program design and delivery, clinical configuration requirements, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive process improvement.
