Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives with training for surgeons, development of robotic systems in hospitals, and comprehensive territory management.

• Conducts technical in-service training for clients, which includes operating room staff, surgeons, and other stakeholders.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve overall team sales targets.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, strategic planning, and accomplishment in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including the reporting of sales and procedures, tracking sales outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A demonstrated history of success is essential.

• Strong ambition and a remarkable work ethic are required.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are necessary.
