This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

• Collaborate with the Knoxville team in a developmental position lasting over 24 months to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Support sales representatives by conducting surgeon training sessions, developing hospital robotics, and managing overall territory operations.

• Facilitate technical in-services for clients, which includes operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and contribute towards team sales targets.

• Acquire experience in setting goals, strategic mapping, and achieving targets in preparation for a future role that involves quotas.

• Oversee administrative duties such as reporting on sales/procedures, tracking sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in collaborative team settings.

• Must reside in or be open to relocating to the Chicago, Illinois area.
