Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Fort Myers team in a developmental role spanning over 24 months, focusing on technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives in conducting surgeon training sessions, developing hospital robotics, and managing territories effectively.

• Facilitate technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Advocate the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help meet overall team sales targets.

• Acquire experience in setting, mapping, and achieving goals in preparation for a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative duties, which include reporting on sales/procedures and tracking sales activity outcomes.

• Process expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to move to the Fort Myers, FL area.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and exceptional work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven capacity to work effectively within a team.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, based on role/customer needs.

• May need to comply with U.S. export-control regulations, which could involve obtaining an export license or implementing a Technology Control Plan.
