Clinical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical support, organize, and conduct regular education/in-service sessions for nurses, registrars, and other pertinent Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

• Relay potential leads to the Regional Territory Sales Managers.

• Coordinate and engage in trade shows and customer events.

• Address customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, creating reports, and making recommendations.

• Suggest modifications in products, services, and policies by assessing results and competitive trends.

• Keep track of competition by collecting up-to-date marketplace information on pricing, products, new offerings, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and relaying data back to the team.

• Continuously evaluate, clarify, and confirm customer needs.

• Provide prompt business reporting, activities, and results in the CRM.

• Manage inventory, including counting consignment/loan stock, representative stock, and offering logistics support when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Sciences and/or health sciences such as Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, etc.

• Experience in a hospital setting - familiarity with operating rooms is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong ability to maintain high standards of reporting, documentation, and organization.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to build and sustain effective working relationships with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs.

• High level of proactive problem-solving skills.

• Must be willing and able to travel as required (up to 50%, depending on territory).

• Extensive experience working independently and within a small team environment.

• Must possess a valid Passport, Full Driving License, and Working with Children Check.
