This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Ensure that all individuals providing counseling services operate within their areas of expertise and continue their education accordingly.
• Conduct audits of charts to verify compliance with policies and procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and completion of all internal forms and documents.
• Support the clinical team by addressing their ongoing Continuing Education Unit (CEU) requirements.
• Design and implement clinical competency training sessions as necessary.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care standards.
• Perform other clinically relevant services and special projects as assigned.
• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences, or another relevant field is required.
• Must possess a Licensed Mental Health Counselor license in the state of Washington with a supervisor credential.
• Must adhere to applicable state licensure requirements upon hire and throughout the entirety of employment.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Capability to work with a diverse population while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the necessary knowledge for treating assigned patients.
• Must maintain strong personal boundaries and be capable of establishing rapport with patients.
• Must understand and follow the ethical standards set by the governing board of the respective licensure.
