This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ The Clinical Supervisor will be tasked with managing two-tier or three-tier cases and will oversee behavioral therapists and Mid-Level Case Managers, while also providing training and education to caregivers in the home environment.
β’ The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for conducting functional behavioral assessments for new cases and developing treatment goals and plans tailored for clients and their families.
β’ The Clinical Supervisor will complete all necessary assessments for re-authorizations and will supervise and finalize progress reports for clients within their caseload.
β’ The Clinical Supervisor will comply with the Board of Behavioral Sciences/Behavior Analyst Certification Board Guidelines for Responsible Conduct and Professionalism.
β’ They will maintain a monthly billable caseload of supervision hours as directed by the branch Director of Operations and the Clinical Director.
β’ The Clinical Supervisor will provide RBT and BCBA supervision hours as required.
β’ They will document significant events as requested in specific circumstances, such as Behavior Incident Reports (BIR), Accident/Injury Reports (A/I), seizure reports, or statements regarding client concerns.
β’ A Masterβs degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, Speech Language Pathology, or a related field is required.
β’ Must possess an active BCBA Certification from the BACB board.
β’ A minimum of one year of experience in administering assessments and serving individuals with ASD and other developmental disorders, demonstrating a comprehensive range of skills and capabilities.
β’ A strong knowledge base and in-depth understanding of behavior analytic therapies, along with experience in delivering these services.
β’ Experience in case supervision is essential. Proficiency in ABA Program/Goal Development, ABA Behavior Reduction, Skills Acquisition Procedures, and Staff Training is required.
β’ Exceptional writing and communication skills are necessary, along with a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
