This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and oversee international clinical studies from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate investigator sites across Europe and globally, offering operational support throughout the entire study lifecycle.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, documentation, clinical systems, and trial dashboards effectively.
• Supervise external vendors, organize Investigator Meetings, and collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Track study progress, identify risks, and facilitate prompt issue resolution to ensure successful study execution.
• Assist in clinical data review, regulatory submissions, and study reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Medical Affairs, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, QMS, and relevant regulatory standards while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical study or clinical project management within the MedTech, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Practical experience managing international, multicenter clinical studies, including site management, vendor supervision, and study execution.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical study operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional matrix environment.
• Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in EDC systems, clinical trial management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Neurovascular, Cardiovascular, or another interventional medical device field is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within Europe and internationally.
