Clinical Specialist, Ventilation – Per Diem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Propel Ventilation sales by improving customer satisfaction and retention through clinical education and implementation.

• Engage with major competitive conversions and select North American Ventilation clients for pre- and post-sale product assistance.

• Aid in new competitive conversions and promote awareness of ZOLL products prior to sale.

• Install equipment.

• Provide post-sale classroom instruction and field ride-alongs.

• Diagnose products following the sale.

• Perform follow-up activities after the sale.

• Oversee on-site deployment and training schedules.

• Execute post-deployment satisfaction assessments.

• Obtain and uphold necessary credentials mandated by ZOLL Medical and its clients.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a respiratory therapist is required.

• Must be a Licensed Respiratory Therapist or hold at least one NBRC Credential.

• Capability to fulfill vendor credentialing prerequisites, including Reptrax and Vendormate.

• Proficient in building strong relationships with key opinion leaders.

• Exceptional leadership, team-building, negotiation, and execution abilities in a sales environment.

• Strong presence, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to think strategically and position the company and its products for success.

• Highly organized and capable of implementing tactics in a timely manner.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Outlook, WebEx, Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SFDC.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Must secure and maintain necessary credentials; credentialing may include mandatory vaccinations and other tests.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. without restrictions or constraints.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
