This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Assist in the implementation of clinical trials while promoting clinical evidence and valve science.
• Offer procedural and clinical trial case assistance, aid in trial enrollment, and pinpoint ongoing educational opportunities for heart team members and the wider referring community.
• Work closely with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Quality, and Marketing to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and meet enrollment goals that align with the company’s objectives and strategy.
• Participate in assigned clinical cases and assist the heart team with the preparation and loading of the DurAVR valve.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current DurAVR clinical data and the evolving landscape of structural heart evidence.

• A Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, nursing, life sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent blend of education and clinical experience.
• At least three years of medical device clinical support experience, including work in the sterile environment of a cardiac catheterization laboratory, hybrid operating room, or operating theatre.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience with structural heart TAVI procedures or device implantation is crucial.
• Proven clinical expertise in interventional cardiology and structural heart therapies.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, valvular heart disease, and TAVI procedures.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50–70% of the time across Europe, with occasional international travel outside the region.
• Flexibility to assist with clinical procedures outside of standard business hours when necessary.
• Proficiency in English and either French or German is required. Knowledge of additional European languages is highly preferred.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to meet relevant hospital credentialing and vendor access requirements.
