This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Build and maintain relationships with key prescribers and KOLs by delivering exceptional service and responsiveness, along with continuous education and clinical expertise related to Tactile’s products.
• Exhibit and disseminate advanced clinical knowledge of the company's offerings, including their clinical applications and usage instructions.
• Support sales representatives in generating new sales opportunities and accounts within physician practices and hospitals.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Sales Training, and Product Development to aid in the creation and implementation of continuing education and training initiatives for the sales team.
• Deliver live in-service education and training programs to designated accounts as instructed by the Area Directors.
• Represent Tactile Medical at conferences, trade shows, seminars, and workshops.
• Offer clinical guidance for the creation of clinically-focused materials for patients, clinicians, and physicians.
• Ensure professional, thorough, and timely follow-up on clinical requests.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
• Recognize and address areas requiring clinical training, including the ongoing enhancement and development of training and support materials.
• Contribute insights in meetings and provide recommendations for continuous improvement, best practices, process enhancement, and product development.
• Educate clinicians on the advantages and proper clinical applications of company products through presentations and demonstrations across various formats and platforms. Offer additional training support during product launches and for high-touch specialty products.
• Develop and present clinically relevant presentations to various medical groups as requested by the sales and medical education teams.
• Work in partnership with R&D and product management to create products and/or improvements.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all Tactile Medical products, including related product and technical knowledge, industry trends, and key players.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the respiratory care sector.
• Current RCP license, active and in good standing.
• Associate’s degree in respiratory care from an accredited higher education institution.
• Credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• Prior experience in presenting and educating clinicians, including physicians, on respiratory disorders and their treatments.
