This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Provide support during electrophysiology procedures utilizing the CARTO® 3 navigation system
• Deliver on-site assistance in the cardiac catheterization laboratory
• Train and advise medical personnel
• Offer technical support and resolve issues
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships
• Assist physicians during electrophysiology procedures to enhance patient care
• This is a field-based position covering the Eastern Austria region
• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., biomedical engineering, engineering, business administration) or medical training with clinical experience
• A keen interest in technology and a strong eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in German and conversational in English
