This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Field Sales team to deliver technical and clinical assistance during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and evaluations.

• Participate in patient cases and provide necessary information to guide physicians and clinical teams on the workflow, advantages, and uses of our airway and respiratory product range.

• Support the adoption of Verathon’s BFlex single-use bronchoscope.

• Aid in developing training materials.

• Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance clinical skills in the airway and respiratory sector.

• Assist in producing training content for clinical groups to ensure all relevant hospital staff are adequately trained and proficient in the use of GlideScope products.

• Offer subject matter expertise in product and clinical technical skills to address a broad spectrum of inquiries regarding clinical airway and respiratory applications.

• Act as a resource for training field sales representatives within the EMEA region and other internal staff as required.

• Attend trade shows in collaboration with our product marketing and field sales teams as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 2 years of experience or technical knowledge in a clinical ICU/OR setting as a clinical representative or as part of hospital staff.

• Capability to produce clear and concise business communications that reflect a thorough understanding of the market and company products.

• Ability to synthesize and convey product information in a detailed, accurate, and understandable manner.

• Strong background in clinical education and training.

• Commitment to continuously learn and enhance clinical skills and product knowledge, including competitive offerings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with sales professionals and diverse customer types.

• Skilled in prioritizing, planning, and scheduling activities to achieve objectives.

• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with common software applications, such as MS Office, and CRM tools like Salesforce.com.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel across Germany with overnight stays as required.
