Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee live clinical case coverage in various hospital accounts, acting as the on-site clinical and product expert.

• Utilize independent judgment and extensive product knowledge to assist healthcare professionals in the optimal use of devices during procedures.

• Establish physician trust and confidence that encourages repeated use and fosters program growth.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance procedural frequency, onboard new users, and broaden departmental adoption.

• Convert clinical interactions into actionable commercial insights for the territory team.

• Promote best practices that enhance procedural efficiency and reinforce long-term account retention.

• Ensure the collection of KPIs and accurate clinical documentation to aid in tracking business performance.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to bolster account strategy and initiatives for territory growth.

• Support product evaluations, trials, and follow-up engagement to transform interest into sustainable usage.

• Play a role in field training and onboarding efforts to expedite adoption.

• Cultivate relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders within accounts.

• Generate new capital leads within the assigned territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a clinical, healthcare, procedural, or medically adjacent environment.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish credibility with healthcare professionals.

• Strong attention to detail and capability to work independently in live procedural settings.

• A commercial mindset with a desire to enhance sales skills.
