This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Assess educational requirements and create suggestions to enhance clinical practices in aesthetic fields.
• Provide customized educational pathways and Facilitation Pathways for around 30 clinics and healthcare professionals.
• Develop curricula-aligned Facilitation Pathways aimed at improving patient outcomes while maintaining healthcare professionals’ clinical judgment and accountability.
• Ensure reliable and prompt follow-up and document all activities in Veeva CRM for KPI tracking.
• Assist healthcare professionals in navigating the AA AMI Digital World educational programs.
• Aid in organizing affiliate-level AMI events, conferences, meetings, workshops, and the MD Codes™ Mentee Programme.
• Connect with clients at industry conferences and AMI gatherings.
• Serve as First Assist for faculty during live technical workshops when suitably clinically qualified.
• Mentor and support the training and development of junior Clinical Specialist team members through coaching, mentoring, and workshops.
• Assist the AMI Lead and Country Training Manager with International CS Learner Journeys.
• Promote skills enhancement for Clinical Specialist and broader AMI team members.
• Conduct onboarding consolidation workshop sessions when the expertise of a Senior Clinical Specialist is necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in a clinically-related field, such as medicine, nursing, or dentistry; other patient-facing clinical roles, like physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy, may also be considered.
• Background in a sales or clinical specialist position within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sectors, preferably in aesthetics.
• Proven experience in facilitation, training, or coaching.
• Experience in event management, workshop preparation and execution, and other educational solutions.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Two or more of the following: fluent business-level English; experience with CRM activity tracking; intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; advanced skills in PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities aligned with AbbVie’s Ways We Work culture.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time locally, nationally, and potentially internationally, including overnight stays.
