Clinical Specialist Assistant, Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Support Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in facilitating in-services and training sessions for medical devices within hospital settings.

• Conduct monthly inventory checks of consignment stock at hospital locations and assist with stock reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Aid in administrative duties, such as generating reports and maintaining documentation, to enhance operational efficiency.

• Help establish a referral program aimed at private surgeons for patients with deep vein thrombosis (DVT), ensuring that referrals from different specialties align with the program's goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma and current enrollment in university or a recently completed degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or a similar field.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic work environment.

• Basic understanding of medical devices is advantageous.

• Preference for candidates interested in program development and patient care pathways.
