Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Providing engaging onsite clinical service solutions, education, and training.

• Assisting customers with testing workarounds, clinical integration, and the new functionalities of solutions.

• Leading and managing the learning experience through customer consultations and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Ensuring an outstanding customer experience for onsite training and effective communication.

• Maintaining consistent and clear communication regarding project status, including any issues and delays, with internal teams.

• Fostering communication and promoting collaboration within the learning audience.

• Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions by modality; achieving advanced proficiency in specialized areas.

• Tackling and resolving a wide range of problems; exhibiting sound judgement in identifying methods and techniques for finding solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is highly desirable.

• Current and active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Advanced certification in at least one of the following (or required to obtain within 12 months of employment commencement): Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

• Certificate or associate degree is required.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) certification is preferred.
