This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Review scales administered by raters in a clinical trial to ensure assessments are conducted in a standardized manner, thereby guaranteeing data reliability.
• Evaluate the quality of assessments by conducting live interactions with raters to discuss assessment methodologies, scoring techniques, and provide necessary guidance.
• Assess case data and prepare appropriately for discussions with raters, ensuring readiness to address relevant issues and scale items while having necessary documents on hand.
• Complete rater interactions and assigned tasks as per the established schedule.
• Responsible for the timely submission of all documentation related to assigned tasks.
• Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Conduct functional assessments of rater performance (e.g., mock interviews) and assist in preparing and disseminating communications.
• Contact clinical trial participants remotely (e.g., through proprietary app Engage) to administer assessments, ensuring proper documentation of resultant information (e.g., notes, scores).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, Nursing, or Social Work, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience working with populations affected by schizophrenia and major depressive disorders.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in administering psychiatric assessments, including the PANSS, to these populations is required.
• Experience in clinical trials is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
• Home-based position located in Latin America.
