This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the expansion of Henry Schein Products lines within the assigned HSD Centers.
• Independently acquire new customers and boost sales.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Consultants, Regional General Managers, DSO team members, and Clinical Sales Management to promote the HS Products portfolio in both single-site and multi-site accounts.
• Enhance Henry Schein Products revenue, profitability, and market share at the center level within the specified territory.
• Conduct regular business reviews with Regional General Managers to pinpoint and pursue center-level category growth opportunities in private accounts and L/R-DSOs, with a focus on Biomaterial and Endo products.
• Offer targeting and analytics resources to Regional General Managers and Field Sales Consultants.
• Share clinical knowledge with customers and Field Sales Consultant teams to boost account sales.
• Perform in-person and virtual product demonstrations in private practices, DSOs, study clubs, and similar sales settings.
• Create selling materials and initiate programs with internal resources and Clinical Sales Management.
• Execute plans that address needs and opportunities within DSO accounts across the HS Products portfolio.
• Utilize CRM, analytics, reporting, and communication platforms to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate territory activities.
• Travel within the assigned geographic area.
• Candidates must live within the North Texas territory.
• 2 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in relevant sales roles.
• Fundamental understanding of industry practices.
• General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
• Basic planning and organizational skills and techniques.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic presentation and public speaking skills.
• Interpersonal skills at a basic level.
• Developing professional credibility.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or a global equivalent in a related field is typically preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.
