Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Clinically promote the da Vinci® Surgical System to enhance its utilization within the Seattle area.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at increasing robot usage.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and applications of da Vinci® Surgery.

• Act as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all key surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events that foster system awareness and adoption of procedures.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use.

• Continuously broaden the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.

• Coach new team members to develop into high-performing clinical sales professionals.

• Oversee administrative duties, sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is necessary.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.

• Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to Seattle, WA.

• Current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19, may be necessary.

• Export-control licensing or Technology Control Plan requirements may apply to some candidates.
