Clinical Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to establish a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.

• Act as a da Vinci® Surgery expert across all primary surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events designed to boost system awareness and promote procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to facilitate independent system usage.

• Foster the continuous growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Promote the sales of instruments and accessories.

• Train new team members to help them become high-performing contributors to the clinical sales team.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities, sales activities, expense report submissions, and other related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Must reside in or be open to relocating to Toronto, ON.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
