This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a comprehensive strategic business development plan
• Recognize, cultivate, and finalize new business prospects
• Establish connections with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
• Drive new business through networking initiatives and thought leadership
• Conduct exploratory meetings to comprehend customer challenges
• Foster trusted relationships with executive leaders in the Skilled Nursing sector
• Clinical and operational experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Long-Term Care
• Understanding of CMS regulations, the survey process, and reimbursement policies
• Proven track record in business development
• Strong consultative selling abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing opportunities with Salesforce or a similar CRM
