Clinical Revenue Cycle Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations associated with clinical revenue management and charge capture initiatives, utilizing both your technical skills and interpersonal abilities to assist clients.

• Utilize advanced technological tools to provide high-quality analysis and process enhancement strategies aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' revenue cycles.

• Work collaboratively with various tiers of client leadership, making a significant impact on their operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related discipline is mandatory (an MBA, MHA, and/or MPH is highly preferred).

• 1-3 years of substantial healthcare experience is required, particularly in clinical fields such as radiology, cardiology, perioperative services, emergency medicine, or nursing, which are considered strong advantages.

• Previous experience in a professional services or consulting capacity is a significant advantage, showcasing a proven history of delivering client-oriented solutions.

• Familiarity with hospital revenue cycle management, especially concerning charge capture processes, is preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge in your field of expertise, along with pertinent licensure or certifications (e.g., RN, BSN, CCS, CPC, COC, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA) is preferred.

• Exceptional financial and analytical abilities are essential, with a robust capacity for leveraging data to inform decision-making and process enhancements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• This role may require up to 20% travel to client locations as necessary.
