This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Assist patients and healthcare providers by offering evidence-based knowledge on diabetes management and the use of Omnipod therapy.
• Provide tailored education and training through phone and virtual channels.
• Ensure proactive follow-up, offer clinical consultation, give recommendations, and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Educate customers and healthcare providers on the Omnipod data and reporting tools available.
• Act as the clinical retention contact for a designated geographic area.
• Engage in proactive outreach to assess satisfaction, emphasize product value, and address concerns.
• Employ clinical retention selling strategies to encourage ongoing use of Omnipod.
• Recognize disengagement or churn indicators through data analysis and assessment.
• Work alongside Customer Success teams to implement targeted regional save strategies.
• Identify barriers to therapy continuation and implement patient-centered solutions.
• Build knowledge of local healthcare systems, diabetes centers, referral patterns, and payer considerations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that education aligns with treatment plans.
• Partner with Clinical Services Managers, regional field teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the development of educational tools, customer journeys, and focused retention campaigns.
• Support clinicians and customers in utilizing clinical software and digital diabetes management tools.
• Log customer interactions, outcomes, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Analyze engagement data, usage patterns, and retention metrics.
• Engage in data-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing regional retention performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Active professional clinical credentials are required, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in training and/or supporting insulin pump patients.
• Direct experience in collaborating with healthcare providers in a diabetes care environment.
• Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential is required.
• Capability to maintain all necessary professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.
• Effective and persuasive communication skills with varied audiences via phone and virtual platforms.
• Proficient understanding of diabetes technology and data analysis.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and Salesforce applications.
• Home workspace must comply with company security and productivity requirements.
• Ability to sit and communicate on the phone for extended durations during scheduled shifts.
• Manual dexterity is necessary for the use of computers and headsets.
• Willingness to be available for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and limited travel as needed.
