This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Responsible for the comprehensive performance and project oversight of designated protocols, ensuring adherence to ICH/GCP and local regulations.
• Serves as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the assigned protocols, acting as the liaison between Country Operations and the clinical trial team (CTT).
• Manages the project execution for designated studies, facilitating and monitoring performance to fulfill commitments.
• Evaluates Monitoring Visit Reports and addresses any performance-related concerns.
• Leads local study teams and provides training on the protocol.
• Develops and implements a local risk management plan for the designated studies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research.
• Extensive experience in Ophthalmology is required, with a preference for expertise in retinal diseases.
• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (or equivalent) is required.
• An advanced degree (such as a Master's, MD, or PhD) is preferred.
• A solid understanding of clinical trial planning, management, and key metrics.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English as well as the local language.
• Effective and competent in both written and verbal communication.
• Strong leadership abilities that foster alignment with organizational goals.
